Monday: Cream of Corn with Barbecue Tofu

Yes, this recipe calls for frozen corn but it’s currently fresh corn season! Make the most of it by whipping up this soup with its rich texture and barbecue-sauce-laden tofu added on top. Surprising and delicious.

Tuesday: Air Fryer Hearty Chicken Salad

Want a hearty and refreshing salad on this lovely late-summer evening? Coat some chicken breasts in a mayonnaise-lemon sauce before placing them in the air fryer, which makes the meat tender and juicy. Serve along with romaine lettuce, avocado, cheese curds and the leftover sauce, which also doubles as a dressing, and dinner is served.

Wednesday: Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

After a busy day at work or school, everyone wants dinner to be simple. So tonight, turn to a sandwich filled with affordable pork tenderloin and vegetables roasted on the grill. Toast the bread on the grill as well, and you’ve got a meal on the table in a flash.

Thursday: White Fish with Orange Salad and Coconut-Lime Dressing

Are you looking to get more fish-based meals onto your weekday menu? This fish dish is simple, delicious and will surely surprise the family. Friday: Lamb Kefta with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Traditional keftas, a popular meat skewer, are always a welcome addition to any meal. This classic recipe is made with ground lamb, coriander seeds and cumin, as well as parsley and mint for added brightness.
